Retrieval Augmented Generation (rag)

Your team asks for documents in everyday language and finds answers with source instead of folder to search.

About this solution

Your team asks for manuals, FAQs or quotation modules in everyday language and sees the source — instead of digging through PDFs and network drives while customers wait.

In many companies, knowledge is scattered: manuals, offers, price lists, chat notes, old emails and folders on the server. When someone is sick or a new colleague starts, the search starts all over again.

We use this to build an internal search with an answer function. The technology behind it is called Retrieval Augmented Generation, rag for short: first, suitable positions are found in your own documents, then the AI formulates an answer with a reference to the source.

The solution runs as it suits your data: we host it for you, it runs on your own hardware in the company or in a German cloud. You decide who can see which documents.

Audience

You have a lot of PDFs, emails, price lists, or manuals, and your team keeps asking for the same things.

FAQ

Is our company too small for that?

No, if there is enough recurring knowledge. A good start is a clear area such as manuals, FAQs, price lists or quotation templates.

How does a fixed price work?

We narrow down sources, user groups and initial questions in advance. This results in a fixed scope of services; extensions are decided separately.

Where is our data located?

We host the solution, it runs on our own hardware in the company or in a German cloud. We will clarify the appropriate variant according to the effort involved and where your data should be located.

Do we need our own IT and who is waiting for that?

To get started, someone who provides documents and access is often enough. Maintenance, updates and new sources can be taken over as ongoing support.

Does rag replace our industry software?

No. rag complements existing systems and makes knowledge easier to find. ERP, DMS or CRM remain leaders.
