About this solution

An assistant retrieves allowed info from business software or triggers actions — without copy-paste between browser and chat. For smaller projects usually an add-on; for larger assistants a dedicated building block.

If AI assistants should become useful in the company, they need controlled access to data and actions. Otherwise it stays copy-paste from CRM, ERP, tickets, or homegrown systems.

We build an MCP server for your use case. MCP means Model Context Protocol: an interface through which assistants like Claude, Cursor, n8n, or custom agents can use exactly the tools you allow.

The server runs with us, on your own on-premises hardware, or in a German cloud. Permissions, logs, write access, and maintenance stay intentionally small and auditable.

FAQ

Is MCP too technical for small knowledge-intensive companies?

Often MCP only makes sense once you already use AI assistants. For many small starts, chatbot, RAG, or n8n is enough; MCP comes as an add-on.

How is the price set?

Together we define a few tools, permissions, and actions. That first scope can ship at a fixed price; larger production landscapes are planned separately.

Where does the MCP server run?

It can run with us, on your own on-premises hardware, or in a German cloud. Write permissions and logs are kept especially tight.

Do we need IT, and who maintains the server?

System access usually needs technical help. Maintenance covers updates, logs, new tools, and API changes.
