About this consulting offer

A sequence for the next months: where to start, which data rules apply, what waits. Written so you can build afterward — not as a slide stack.

When several areas want AI at once, chaos appears fast: marketing tests copy, projects want documents, service wants assistants, leadership wants direction.

Together we organize goals, risks, data, people, and tech. That yields a roadmap with priorities, guardrails, and a first project small enough to start.

For later delivery, operations are considered early: hosting with us, your own on-premises hardware, or a German cloud. So the strategy fits budget and existing systems.

Audience

You are planning several AI initiatives or want a clear line as owner, leadership, or site lead.

Duration

How it fits together

First we clarify the bottleneck, then we build this solution and connect it to the tools your team already uses.

  1. 01

    Use Cases

Together we collect and score possible use areas.

  2. 02

    Hier

    Roadmap

Priorities, rules, and sequence are set.

  3. 03

    Wagering

The first project starts out of the strategy.

What this can look like

Typical situations from consulting, engineering, and technical teams. Not client case studies.

Beispiel 01

Engineering firm with growth

Ausgangslage

More orders, more documents, more parallel projects. Unclear whether knowledge, proposals, or status should be made visible first.

Ergebnis

Roadmap with sequence, owners, and a first project for the biggest bottleneck.

Beispiel 02

Consulting firm with multiple sites

Ausgangslage

Sites test different tools for documents, knowledge, and customer communication.

Ergebnis

Shared guardrails, priorities, and a rollout plan for the next steps.

FAQ

Is an AI strategy too large for small knowledge-intensive companies?

It pays off when several ideas or sites must be coordinated. For a single flow, use-case analysis is often enough.

What does the fixed price look like?

Together we define how many workshops, which areas, and what you get in writing. That is the scope — not an open consulting ticket.

Do we have to disclose technical data?

Only as far as needed for roadmap and operations. For delivery we later clarify hosting with us, your own hardware, or a German cloud.

Do we need IT, and who supports delivery?

IT helps, but strategy can also start with leadership and domain teams. Delivery and maintenance can be supported afterward.

Does the strategy replace our software planning?

No. It sets guardrails and priorities; existing industry and enterprise software stays part of the plan.
